5/9/2023 0 Comments Neo qube case![]() ![]() My guess is that the 'effect' is a photoshopped 'still' of the moving effect I have going at the moment on the front of the case. As far as I remember, the case just has the DRGB strip in the front and it can run on with just SATA power, however there is a cable should you want to control it via MB (but then you lose the pre-set effects and the ability to control it via the front I/O). My case fans/Lian Li's are hooked up to the MB ARGB headers, but they aren't tied in to the front of the case (if they can be, I don't know how to do that). I assumed the RAM/GPU/Cooler couldn't be synced as they are using RAM/PCI slots or are directly connected to a MB fan header (cooler rad fans), so these may need to be customised with software, but I don't know of any software that will do it. How does one achieve this with this case?! Not possible? Do I have to buy a Phanteks DRGB hub or something? I've tried Google and Phanteks website and trying to learn more about RGB/ARGB/DRGB in general, but I'm completely stuck and very new at this.Īny help/advice would be much appreciated! I just want my system to cycle through the 3 tone colour combo, similar to the look on the Metallicgear promo images - where not only are the front panel and fans running what seem to be the same colour combo, the MB/RAM seem to have it as well. To top it off, Mystic Light does not allow you to set custom multi-colours - you can choose a single colour that you can then apply an effect to or have static, but you can't have more than one colour unless you select the standard 'rainbow' option. I have the front strip set to a really nice colour combination using the built-in functions from the mode button on the front and I'd like the rest of the system to reflect that, however as my fans, Lian Li Strimer(s) and then obviously NZXT Cooler/RAM/GPU are all plugged into the MB, I can't get them all on the same lighting effect. ![]() All information can be found on the product website of the manufacturer.I have a new system build in a Metallicgear Neo Qube and I'm wondering how in the world to hook the lighting up so that everything runs off/matches the front panel light strip? Is that even possible? The IM edition starts at 169.90 euros in black, or 179.90 euros in white. The MSRP is 129.90 euros for the normal Neo Qube 2 in black, or 139.90 euros in white. It will be offered in the regular variant and the Infinity Mirror Edition, each available in black or white color schemes. The MagniumGear Neo Qube 2 PC case will be available in stores in July 2022. The spacious MagniumGear Neo Qube 2 case also accommodates high-end graphics cards up to 410mm long and CPU coolers with a maximum height of 148mm. In total, you have 8 PCI slots, two 3.5-inch and a full five 2.5-inch slots at your disposal. The hard drive cage can be easily removed if not needed. Radiators with a size of 360 mm can also be mounted on the side, top or bottom, whereby there is also room for a 280 mm radiator on the top. Alternatively, you can use a maximum of two 140 mm fans on the top and bottom. Three 120 mm fans can be installed on the side, bottom and top. It also supports the motherboard standards E-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX and can be equipped with plenty of components. Measuring 270 x 450 x 460 mm, the mid-tower brings a net empty weight of 8.80 kg. Cable management is also a breeze thanks to the spacious dimensions. Generous mesh panels on the back and side panel provide excellent airflow, while a dust filter on the bottom protects against dirt ingress. This can also be synchronized with other compatible lighting products if desired. ![]() The MagniumGear Neo Qube 2 has a built-in D-RGB controller that lets you manually adjust the lighting. In the noble IM edition, the whole thing looks even more impressive thanks to infinity mirrors, of course. On the other hand, the installed components are easily visible through the double Tempered Glass panels and can be perfectly staged. Inside, the Neo Qube 2 relies on a dual-chamber design that makes installation easier and hides the cables behind the divider.
